Director of Instruction
Chapman Dundas was born and raised in New England. He moved to Northern California in 2005. He has one adult son Chapman Dundas Jr who is a Fire Fighter in Healdsburg, CA. Chapman has been a Golf Professional for 21 years and is a Class “A” Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. He is a Graduate of Mitchell College in New London, CT and began his career in the golf industry in 1996.
Prior to Valley of the Moon, Chapman’s employment includes 5 years as Head Golf Professional at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club and 10 years as the Associate Golf Professional at Mayacama Golf Club. His previous experience included Mariner Sands Country Club, Lost Tree Club, Madison Country Club and The Tournament Players Club at River Highlands.
Chapman’s expertise is in the areas of management, retail merchandising, golf coaching and instruction, club fitting, tournament operations, and junior golf. This experience has been instrumental in providing an exceptional golf experience to both members and guests. He looks forward to joining the Team at Valley of the Moon Club and contributing to the Club’s success.
Chapman is certified in Golf Mechanics through the Titleist Performance Institute (Level III), K-Vest (Level II), and certification in Golf Operations in the PGA of America’s Certification Program. He shares his passion for the game with others through his teaching and playing. Golf is about the places we go, the people we meet and the friends we make along the way.

- 45 Minutes - $90
- 60 Minutes - $120
Private Junior Lessons
- 30 Minutes - $50
- 45 Minutes - $75
- 60 Minutes - $100
Group Sessions Available (up to 5 people total) An addition $25 per student will be added to the standard rate

- Package of four 30 minute lessons and get five for $240
- Package of four 45 minutes lessons and get five for $360
- Package of four 60 minute lessons and get five for $480
Junior Packages
- Package of four 30 minute lessons and get five for $200
- Package of four 45 minutes lessons and get five for $300
- Package of four 60 minute lessons and get five for $400
